Well ... is there?

ANSWER: You shouldn’t necessarily base when you buy based on the time of year so much as you should market conditions. Real estate is specific to it’s location. You’re buying a specific type of product, in a specific city, in a specific neighbourhood, on a specific street, and values can vary greatly. You’ll want to talk to someone who can give you an accurate idea of the inventory and sales in that marketplace. That’s why there isn’t necessarily a best time of year, market conditions are always changing. If you have any questions I’d be happy to answer them for you.
